"The staff were very efficient and courteous during pick up and drop off. The car was in a good condition. However it lacked options like rear view camera and its entertainment system was very basic."

However_ the renting company imposes disproportionate penalties on scratches or damages that may occur and they are explained at the pick up time. Howevwe_ these penalties makes the customer feel under undue stress should he/she opts out of buying full insurance."
