"De auto had geen winterbanden. Had ik bij reserveren aan moeten geven schijnbaar? (deze optie echt nergens gezien bij online reserveren?) Daarnaast ga ik er vanuit als je in een land waar dit verplicht is (of iig winter!) De standaard is. Op parkeer veldjes was ijs _ spekglad en niet te doen zonder winter banden iig. Onverantwoord om als verhuur bedrijf touristen zo op pad te sturen Noodnummer was niet bereikbaar om 21 uur"
