"Rückübergabe war nicht ausreichend variabel hinsichtlich der Zeit. Bei über 4 Stunden Fahrzeit vom letzten Hotel zum Übergabeort hätte ich lieber mehr Zeit gehabt. Da war das Entgegenkommen nicht kundenfreundlich. Es gab ja eigentlich keine Dringlichkeit_ da genug Fahrzeuge vorhanden."
