"1.רציתי ליצור קשר אתכם ולדבר עם נציג אמיתי ואי אפשר וזה גרוע ביותר 2.עשיתי בחברת ההשכרה ביטוח מקיף והם יקרנים ברמות. 3. בשיא חוצפתם גבו ממני תשלום על ניקיון רכב לאחר החזרתו באף חברה לא ביקשו ממני תשלום. 4. מביאים לי שני רכבים אחד עם פס פחות בדלק. והרכב השני חצי מיכל. 5. לחברה כזו לא יגיע יותר"

"The instructions for finding the car hire company at Dubrovnik airport were not clear. Expecting a desk in the airport as per instructions_ but eventually found them 500m down the road after a frustrating hour of searching and being misadvised. For a while they didn’t answer WhatsApp msgs. Updating the instructions would be very helpful. I wasn’t the only one at the time who couldn’t find them"
