Their office in Dubrovnik was under renovation and they only let us know about 30 mins before pickup time….we would have gone to the wrong location if they had called us a little later! I would suggest the company inform customers of the change in pick-up locations a day or so prior.

Drop off was much better experience than the pick up due to the person I dealt with. The person I was dealing with when picking a car up could do with some training about customer service. Regardless of that i would use this company again. Hired a car from them before and it was fine.
